Following an inspiring excursion to the historic Hiraizumi area, we invite you to an evening Banquet prgoramu at the Hotel Metropolitan Sendai. Conveniently located adjacent to Sendai Station, the venue offers a sophisticated setting to savor the finest flavors of Miyagi.
The banquet will feature a standing buffet style to encourage free-flowing conversation. Enjoy a curated menu of Sendai’s famous delicacies, paired with a selection of premium local Sake from Miyagi’s renowned breweries.
We are proud to present a live performance by the Tohoku University Hougaku (Traditional Music) Club. You will experience the soul-stirring melodies of the Koto (Japanese harp), an instrument that defines Japan's classical elegance.
Following the performance, we offer an interactive hands-on session. We invite you to touch the instrument and learn to play a few notes under the guidance of the talented student musicians.
