  • The registration fee (Regular and student) includes all scientific sessions, welcome reception, excursion, banquet dinner, and daily coffee breaks.
  • The registration fee (Accompanying) includes welcome reception, excursion, and banquet dinner.
  • Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference is requested to contact through the contact page.
  • The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the above mentioned early bird or regular deadlines, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received.
  • To be eligible for the student registration fee, documentary evidence of their delegate status such as official transcript or copy of student ID card must be sent.
  • All payments must be made by credit card. Registration fees are tax-exempt.

Cancellation Policy - Registration

All cancellation requests must be submitted to the conference secretariat via the contact page.

  • Cancellation on or before 4 June 2026 (23:59 Japan Standard Time)
    A refund will be issued to the original credit card after deducting an administrative fee of JPY 10,000.
  • Cancellation on or after 5 June 2026 (00:00 Japan Standard Time)
    No refunds will be made.
  • General Policy
    By registering for the conference, participants are deemed to have agreed to the above cancellation policy. In the event of circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, the handling of registration fees will be determined by the Organizing Committee.
