The registration system is provided and managed by Art Tourist Co., Ltd.
- The conference fees include the Welcome Cocktail (at Kihada), one lunch box (July 26), and the Banquet (at Kyoryori Ujigawa near Byodoin Temple.).
- Early bird registration deadline is May 31, 2025 (JST) (CLOSED).
- As mentioned above, the Banquet is included in the registration fee. However, registration for the Banquet is necessary in advance. The deadline is July 18, 2025 (JST) (CLOSED).
- Students are requested to send their proof of Student ID to the Local Organizing Committee.
