Manuscript Deadline: February 5, 2024
Proceeds will be issued in Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section B: Beam Interactions with Materials and Atoms (NIM B) as in previous conferences.

The submission period is from October 7, 2023 to January 7, 2024 February 5, 2024, and the number of pages will be 3 -6 pages. Post link will be announced as soon as it is determined.
