Welcome reception will be started at 6 p.m. on October 8th at the Gallery space on the 1st floor (next to the registration desk).
Registration Desk
Registration desk will be opened as follows.
Entrance Hall on 1st floor: 5 p.m. on October 8th, 9 a.m. on October 9th.
Hoyer on 3rd floor: 9 a.m. on October 10th-13th.
Banquet
Banquet will be stated at 6PM/11th at the Grand Plaza near by the Toyama International Conference Center.

Course 1:
Enjoy the great master of glass art, Dale Chihuly’s pieces at the Glass Art Museum
(Approx. 3 hours)
Toyama Glass Art Museum (TOYAMA KIRARI)
Able to enjoy the Glass Art Garden, created by the great master of contemporary glass art, Dale Chihuly. It also provides visitors with a space where they can experience and become familiar with glass art.
Pills-making experience in Ikeda Yasubei Shoten Co., Ltd
Established during the Edo period, manufacturing and selling 「反魂丹- Hangontan」, a traditional stomachache remedy that Toyama is known for. Inside the shop ( the oldest building in the city center) you can try your hand at making pills using a former production machine.
Daiwa Toyama Department store – Free activity
The Toyama store opened in Nishicho in 1932. This department store is the only department store in downtown Toyama. A wide range of quality goods is available, including fashion accessories(1F-4F), lifestyle items(5F), souvenirs(B1F), etc.
Course 2:
A Nice Strolling around the Fugan Canal Kansui Park (Approx. 4 hours)
Toyama Tram Ride Experience
Centram and Portram are featured low floors. Instead of modern design, the traditional design and one created by the famous Japanese industrial designer, Eiji Mitooka, are still operating now.
Fugan Suijo Line
Able to enjoy the historical atmosphere of the canal and the beautiful view.
Toyama Fugan Canal Kansui Park
An oasis with relaxing and lush greenery where the most beautiful Starbucks coffee shop in the world is located in the park.
Course 3:
Tea Ceremony Experience in the Toyama Castle Park (Approx. 3 hours)

Course 4 :
Japanese Sweet Making Experience by the Matsukawa River (Approx. 3 hours)
Japanese Sweet Making Experience
With the DIY Japanese sweet making experience kit, you can make your own sweets by scanning the QR code with your smartphone and watching the step-by-step video. An illustrated instruction manual is also available.

Japanese Sake Tasting in a Traditional Townscape ‘Iwase’ (Approx. 4 hours)

Morike Kitamae Shipping Building & Former Baba Residence Garden
Higashi-Iwase Port was a flourishing port in the past, you could visit the residence of Japan’s famous Kitamae-bune ship owners. The buildings are now designated as important Cultural Property of Japan.
Saseki
You can enjoy sake tasting from a selection of about 100 different types of Manjusen which include the sake that is not available to the general public, limited edition sake and rare vintage sake.
KOBO Brew Pub
Renovated from Former Baba Residence Garden’s rice storehouse. You can enjoy tasting from a selection of 9 types of craft beer, including limited edition beers that can only be tasted here.
Lunch on Seminar
Lunch on seminar (9-12th) will be held in the “Room A”. Lunch box will be distributed at the entrance of the “Room A (Main Hall)”.
You are only allowed to eat your lunch in the “Room A (Main Hall)”.
