Thank you for considering to invest in the IBA-PIXE2023, which will offer opportunities for organizations and companies promoting their brand as well as communicating their messages to conference participants before and during the conference through the web site, printed materials, exhibitions, and so on.
Sponsors can customize their presence in the conference by choosing the sponsorship package that best suits their promotional needs and budgets.

Bronze: JPY 160,000.-

  • Logo link on the conference sponsor web page
  • Single-width exhibition booth
  • Advertisement on the Book of Abstracts (one A4 page on an intra-page)
  • One complimentary conference registration
  • Distribution of an additional printed material (optional)

Silver: JPY 400,000.-

  • Logo link on the conference sponsor web page
  • Single-width exhibition booth (extended area available)
  • Advertisement on the Book of Abstracts (one A4 page on an earlier page)
  • Short presentation on the conference (20 min.)
  • Two complimentary conference registrations
  • Distribution of an additional printed material (optional)

Gold: JPY 500,000.-

  • Logo link on the conference sponsor web page
  • Double-width exhibition booth (extended area available)
  • Advertisement on the Book of Abstracts (one A4 page on the back cover or back side of the front cover)
  • Short presentation on the conference (30 min.)
  • Three complimentary conference registrations
  • Distribution of an additional printed material (optional)

Options

Distribution of an additional printed material: JPY 50,000.- for all packages

  • A printed material will be distributed with the Book of Abstract
  • Materials should be prepared by the applicants

Extended exhibition booth: JPY 100,000.- per unit for Silver and Gold packages

  • Extended exhibition booth area by up to 4 units
